Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a cozy place with some quirks. The attic room had a lot of charm but getting to it with luggage was a real workout. The surroundings were beautiful with grapevines and a pond, offering a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
My stay at the hotel was a good experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the shower and toilet were on the smaller side. The service was friendly and accommodating, even if some tasks were handled by robots. The location was lovely, surrounded by grape vines and within walking distance of many attractions in Penzance. The dining experience offered a variety of choices and was great for taking on the ferry to the Scillies. The facilities were satisfactory, though improvements could be made.
The hotel is in an ideal location, just up from the beach, offering easy access to both the town center and the seafront. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the breakfast selection is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful, although communication could be improved. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
